Chef Kris De Roy works with great dedication on his dream project here, on this beautiful stretch of polder land.
With remarkable perseverance, he has developed his own organic vegetable and herb garden. Working passionately outdoors, in pure nature, on the “birth” of exceptional ingredients — that is his true driving force.
