Responsibilities

As Head of Hospitality & Service you are responsible for the day-to-day operational running of our fine dining restaurant.
You lead the front-of-house team while remaining actively involved in service.
Together with your team, you take care of the restaurant’s back-office organisation and mise-en-place.
You are fully committed to creating an exceptional experience for every guest.
This is a challenging and varied position requiring strong skills in hospitality, service, organisation and communication.

Profile

Experience in restaurant service, preferably within fine dining
Dynamic, motivated and hands-on
Hospitality is at the heart of everything you do
A genuine passion for gastronomy
Naturally attentive, welcoming and friendly
Eager to learn, flexible and ambitious
Able to perform under pressure, with a disciplined approach
Power & drive define your personality

Working Schedule

Monday & Tuesday are our closing days • Possibility of a 4-day working week
